İstinye University Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering Symposium will be conducted online between February 27-28 in 2021 with the participation of speakers who are experts in their fields, from our country, and around the world.
On the first day of the symposium that will create an interdisciplinary cooperative atmosphere in the fields of Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering; the importance of mesenchymal stem cells in pre-clinical and clinical studies, neurodegenerative diseases, dentistry, and COVID-19 treatment will be evaluated in all aspects.
In the sessions to be held on the second day of the symposium; the subjects to be discussed by scientists who are experts in their fields, as follows: the usage areas of stem cells in tissue engineering, 3D Bioprinting applications, and the use of CRISPR technology in stem cells which has given a different dimension to gene editing studies and received a Nobel Prize. At the symposium which will provide a stage to discuss scientific developments in stem cell and tissue engineering in all aspects, Tissue Engineering and 3D Bioprinting Workshop will be held where attendants will have basic knowledge about 3D Tissue Engineering and they will watch the processes of application in bioprinters.
