The meeting covered key topics such as the employment of İstinye University students and graduates at MLP Care hospitals, the expansion of internship programs, the implementation of hands-on courses and academic research in hospital settings, and the launch of joint projects to accelerate students' adaptation to the healthcare sector and enhance their professional experience.
Discussions also included the Talent Up Program, which aims to prepare young talents for the business world by offering various training and development programs within MLP Care and integrating academic studies with industry practices.
