2024 Commencement Ceremonies

Dear Students,

Istinye University 2024 Graduation Ceremonies will be held on Vadi Campus July 3, 4 and 5, with 3 different sessions each day. We welcome you and your family members to the commencement ceremonies.

To attend the 2024 ceremonies, you must RSVP to confirm your participation via the ISU Network Portal (click) by June 10, 2024.
 

We would like to inform you about some important details regarding our commencement ceremony:

1. Please gather at the open parking area next to the Faculty of Dentistry, Vadi Main Campus, at least 1 hour before the ceremony begins.
2. Ensure you have your cap and gown with you.
3. Proceed to the area where your department's banner is located and give attendance to your department responsible.
4. Line up according to the designated order for the commencement ceremony procession.
5. Participate in the procession according to the designated order.
6. Sit in the designated area assigned to you throughout the ceremony.
7. Follow the guidance of your department responsible to go on stage in the designated order.
8. After receiving your document, return to your assigned seat.
9. Please do not leave your seat throughout the ceremony.
    

After the ceremony, you can use the designated areas outside the ceremony venue for taking photos.
We recommend that you bring accessories such as safety pins, hairpins and bobby pins with you.
