Graduating students who RSVP to attend the graduation ceremony through the ISU Network Portal can obtain their gowns from Topkapı Campus Infirmary and Vadi Main Campus Career Center between June 3–12, 2024 (weekdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM). They must present a bank receipt indicating that they have deposited 600 TL into the bank account detailed below. The process for returning gowns will start 2 hours after the ceremony begins and will continue until midnight. Graduates who return their gowns will receive a refund of 300 TL. Gowns can be returned to authorized personnel at Topkapı Campus Infirmary and Vadi Main Campus Career Center during working hours until July 12, 2024.
Due to Eid al-Adha, gowns will not be sold on campus between June 16 and June 23, 2024.

To capture and announce the most valuable moments of our graduates, photography, audio and video will document the ceremonies and will be shared through appropriate channels.
Shuttles will be scheduled in accordance with the ceremonies to depart from Topkapı Campus, H Block/Seyrantepe Metro, and Kağıthane Metro Exit. Return shuttles will be available in front of the ceremony venue after the ceremonies.
Graduates' families and guests can enter the venue 30 minutes before the ceremonies begin. Families and graduates arriving at the ceremony venue can use the Vadi Istanbul parking lot free of charge.
