This protocol, signed by İstinye University Rector Prof. Dr. Erkan İbiş and RSM Turkey Founding Partner Cihat Kumuşoğlu, will not only strengthen sectoral development but also provide students with the opportunity to make a strong start in their careers.
As part of the collaboration, branded courses, seminars, workshops, and hands-on training programs supported by RSM Turkey’s experts aim to help students gain expertise in the fields of finance and auditing. Additionally, internship and employment opportunities will be provided to help students prepare for the business world.

One-on-one training with expert professionals and employment opportunities for graduates
Through this collaboration, İstinye University students will have unique opportunities in the fields of auditing and finance. Students will have the chance to experience real auditing processes, participate in technology transformation projects, and receive one-on-one training from industry experts. Five students selected from İstinye University’s Auditing Club will participate in a special internship program. In 2025, the goal is to have twenty-five new graduates join the RSM Turkey family. Additionally, special awards and recruitment advantages will be provided to winners of the sustainable business model case competition.
Students will have the chance to work one-on-one with RSM Turkey managers
Various opportunities will be offered to students as part of the collaboration. The RSM Turkey branded course will provide education with a special curriculum in auditing, while the mentorship program will allow students to work one-on-one with RSM Turkey managers. Auditing summits will bring students together with industry experts in finance and auditing, providing sectoral experience. Case study competitions will encourage students to think like successful auditors in the real business world, and certified training programs will help them gain competence in auditing and accounting. Furthermore, students will be encouraged to take an active role in sustainability through social responsibility projects. Career day events will also ensure that students are one step ahead in the recruitment process.
