Istinye University Faculty of Pharmacy Lecturer Dr. TÜBİTAK 1002 project of Ayça Bal Öztürk and Health Sciences Institute Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering Department graduate student Gülşah Torkay was found eligible to be supported.
In the project named "Development of Self-Healing, Injectable, Conductive Hydrogel Systems for the Treatment of Spinal Cord Injuries and Investigating Their Potentials for Neural Tissue Engineering", under the direction of Ayça BAL Öztürk, where Gülşah Torkay will carry out her thesis studies; It is aimed to develop self-healing, injectable, conductive hydrogel systems to support the treatment of spinal cord injuries for which effective regenerative solutions are not yet available, and to obtain products with high potential for use in neural tissue engineering.
